Originally posted 15 minutes ago by TMZ Staff David Carradine ’s wife is suing the production company of the movie he was shooting when he died, claiming the company should never have left David alone that night. According to the suit, obtained by TMZ, on the night David died he was supposed to have dinner with the director of the movie he was shooting — “Stretch.”  The suit claims the production company assigned an assistant to David who was responsible for his schedule and transportation. Before the dinner, the assistant called David but he didn’t answer. The assistant then left for dinner without David.  An hour later, David reached the assistant but was told “they were already across town and David Carradine would have to make his own arrangements that evening.” David was found naked in a closet in his hotel room, where he died from auto-erotic asphyxiation one year ago today

We announced the death of David Carradine in Thailand on the eve of the end of the shooting of his film. The first rumors of a suicide. An investigation was opened this morning and we know a little more. Apparently, according to his friend and manager, that this death was due to a game that would have sex really bad. Thai police to look this way because a rope was tied around his neck, another to her sex, both bound and hanged in the closet. Alcohol also appears to be involved.

The famous actor known for the series Kung Fu died in a hotel in Bangkok. Aged 72 years, David Carradine was involved including the two Kill Bill. His death is under investigation since it was found hanging in his bedroom used by a rope around his neck. It was in Thailand for the purpose of Stretch film director Charles de Meaux french whose end was laid in three days. His agent contacted, said:

It is shocking and sad. it was full of life. He had always wanted to work. It was a wonderful person.

We join in the grief of his family because the family of cinema has lost a legendary actor.
